Isaiah 61:3

God gave us a mission with one very impactful verse.
To comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion- to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor.

Isaiah 61:3 isn't just any "normal" support group. We are a group that shows young widows and children that God sees them. To show them that they have everything they need to get through this time. We will have online and local meetings as well as have outings and mini adventures locally where children (our children) can be kids and be around other kids like them, and know that they are safe, and happy, assuring them that it's ok to be OK and it's OK not to be. I know once the mothers see that joy, that happiness, on their children's faces they will have the strength to carry on.
